Who we are

What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, and whatever you write in the message. That's it.
- Automatically: basic, anonymized visit data through Squarespace's built-in analytics, like which pages get viewed and roughly where visitors come from. No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting.
How we use it
To reply to you, to start the conversation you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful so we can make the site better. We do not use your information for anything you didn't ask for.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We never share it with marketers. The only time your information leaves our hands is if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site runs on Squarespace, which uses a small number of functional cookies to keep the site working and to count visits in aggregate. There are no third-party advertising cookies here.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable time after, then removed. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you personally.
Your rights
Write to hello@gratefulbuilder.com any time and ask what we have, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. We'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
